The 12.9-inch 6th gen iPad Pro (2022) is a high-end tablet which was designed with an aluminum frame, 6.4mm thick, and a weight of 682g (Wi-Fi) or 685g (Cellular). The Space Gray and Silver colors are the ones consumers can choose from, the stylish design of which has a 12.9-inch Liquid Retina XDR screen. The USB-C port that is equipped with Thunderbolt/USB 4 simply means the device is built for professionals. And although it was slightly on the heavier side compared to the iPad Air, its flat edges and slim profile gave it a distinct look.

Display

The 12.9-inch Liquid Retina XDR display on the iPad Pro 6th Gen is actually the display delivering 2732 x 2048 resolution at 264 PPI, providing eye-popping brightness of 1600 nits (HDR) at the top end. Using ProMotion, True Tone, and 120Hz refresh rate, it enables users to have flicker-free and colorful screen transitions, best for both creators and gamers. The display already protected with scratch-resistant glass is better than the Air's although OLED is not provided here as is the case with the OLED in some competing models.
