Why are the Galaxy Buds2 so quiet?	If you are experiencing low volume or poor sound quality on one or both of your Galaxy Buds, there may be a couple reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris.
Which is better Buds Pro or Buds2?	The Buds 2 Pro are significantly better and have greater amplification of sounds, (if you want them to do that otherwise you can use the slider control to only amplify a small amount). The B2P's also have significantly better ANC in my experience. I wear mine at work a lot.
Does Galaxy Buds2 have noise cancelling?	To turn on the feature with your Galaxy Buds2, first insert both earbuds into your ears. Open the Galaxy Wearable app, and then tap Active noise canceling. You will hear an activation sound when the feature is turned on. To turn off the feature, simply tap Active noise canceling again.
Why do my Galaxy Buds 2 sound muffled?	You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things.
