The display is marvelous, and its fluid scrolling is a result of the 120Hz refresh rate. Nevertheless, the 120Hz is capped at 1080p, thereby dropping the sharpness a bit.

Software and Processor

Operating on the Snapdragon 865+ (Exynos 990 in some regions), the Note 20 Ultra holds an 8-core CPU and 12GB of RAM. You can opt for either 128GB, 256GB and 512GB of storage with the storage expandable using microSD. The device is driven by Android 10 (with a possible upgrade to Android 13) along with One UI and S Pen-based functions. The Snapdragon 865+ provides a very good performance while the efficiency of the Exynos models is a little bit lower. S Pen features and the DeX mode significantly improve the productivity level.

The Note 20 Ultra is equipped with a 108MP wide camera (f/1.8, 26mm, OIS), a 12MP periscope telephoto (f/3.0, 120mm, 5x zoom, OIS), and a 12MP ultra-wide (f/2.2, 13mm). The 10MP selfie camera (f/2.2) that is also autofocus-enabled. The Note 20 Ultra camera can take 8K videos at 24fps and 4K at 60fps. It has Space Zoom and Pro Video mode as standard features with a max zoom of 50x.

The camera system is flexible, has very good light functions and is capable of zooming, but the quality of 50x zoom significantly decreases.
