The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra has a Gorilla Glass 6 front and back and an aluminum frame. At 6.57 x 2.99 x 0.35 inches (166.9 x 76.0 x 8.8 mm), it’s sized to be practical, yet it’s made to last. Although the Cosmic Black and Cosmic Gray versions are both matte, the finish lessens the appearance of fingerprints. The Edge Panel can be set up to use the apps you like the most.

Wireless charging at 15W is possible for the Galaxy S20 Ultra, along with the ability to share this charging power with other devices. You can still use hybrid SIM cards thanks to the slot included by the device. Because the home button is missing, full-screen use and unlocking via the front camera are possible.

Galaxy S20 Ultra Display

The display on the Galaxy S20 Ultra is 6.9 inches and comes in Dynamic AMOLED 2X with 3200 x 1440 resolution (511 PPI). Because it can produce 1200 nits and operate at 120Hz, the screen looks excellent and runs very smoothly. Hole-punch designs feature the front camera.

Media and gaming work perfectly on the display, but choosing 120Hz mode will reduce battery life. Critics say the display is very clear but the punch-hole can’t compete with the hole-less designs others are using now.

Software and Processor

With the Snapdragon 865 (or Exynos 990), the Galaxy S20 Ultra runs top-notch on 8 cores and the Adreno 650 graphics chip. There is 12GB of RAM and users can choose 128GB and 512GB of storage. One UI 5.0 on Android 13 allows you to upgrade to Android 14 and you can get 3 years of updates.

Processing demanding work is easy for it, though it is more efficient than new chips. Although Bixby Routines improve the phone’s features, some people report that there are glitches in the software.

Camera System

The main camera on the Galaxy S20 Ultra is 108MP, joined by a 48MP periscope zoom lens, a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a DepthVision sensor. The 40MP selfie camera at the front helps produce 4K videos. You can film in 8K at 24fps or super slow motion at 1080p at 960fps in this camera.

The camera excels in detail and zoom, but low-light performance can be inconsistent. The 108MP sensor is a highlight, though processing can be aggressive.

Battery Specifications

With a huge 5000mAh battery, the Galaxy S20 Ultra is capable of playing videos for up to 24 hours and surpasses that number in typical circumstances. You can use the pad for 45W wired charging and 15W wireless charging and charge your other devices at 4.5W via wireless reverse charging.

Pricing and Availability

Prices for the Galaxy S20 Ultra begin at $999 for 128GB and jump to $1199 for 512GB. On March 6, 2020, printers, carriers and Samsung released the Galaxy S20. When you trade in your device, you receive credits toward a new model.
