All refurbished devices from MobileSuite come with a 12-month warranty. This covers hardware faults and manufacturing defects.

2. What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage or liquid damage.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., battery life reduction).
  • Issues caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.

3. How to Claim

If your device develops a fault within the warranty period, follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@mobilesuite.co.uk with your order details.
  • Send the device back for inspection.
  • We will repair or replace the device if eligible.
